Replacement OEM screen
Purchased this screen as my son dropped and broke his 2 week old phone screen. He is on a 3 year contract and obviously devastated. Because of my exerience with 3rd party screens I was adament I would only obtain a genuine oem screen replacement. My attempt to replace just the screen glass as this was the only part of the screen damaged was useless, for those of you in this predicament dont bother trying to do that, its almost impossible to succesfully seperate just the glass from the screen even though the tempation is there due to the cheap price of the glass kit (13.99) and the sellers making it look easy. Better to replace the whole screen, always go for an oem genuine replacement its OLED and not a cheap ICS screen with proper sensitivity of the digitiser and colour/brightness just like the original screen. In this instance I was fortunate to get this screen at a really good price and half the cost of a Samsung dealership job. Good for the money, but for a little extra get the OLED version
I fitted this screen to a friends phone, who didn't want to spend a lot. Good price and good screen. Works well, but you get what you pay for, and if it was for my own phone i would have spend a bit more and bought the OLED screen.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
