When you first learn that you need to wear pads its a bit of a minefield as to what one! Take comfort (pun intended) & buy Tena. These pads are in a range of absorption levels & are easy to use. I find them easily & quickly applied with the adhesive securing it firmly in place. Measured against the market place they score 9.5/10 in my life.
