  • "Nice Converters."

This is a workhorse. Dependable and sturdy after a new HDD, no complaints, period. I mainly used it as a digital mixer and control surface so, most of the features i didn't use. Even with the busted Pot on effect 1, i used a sucker stick to control and edit the effect. This unit is well built. If i wasn't going to a computer based DAW, i would keep using the AW1600. It looks complicated but it's not. One button editing. If i wanted to edit a track, i just push the track button and everything is there. push it again, the track effects routing is there, etc. Or, i can push the monitoring button, all my monitoring tools are there. get the picture. The manual, in my opinion, is not well written. I had to go over it a few times to learn these facts but, you don't. Just push a button!!!

I bought one used and it stopped working the fourth day. Very expensive to get repaired not worth it.
