great after figuring out yourself how to thread the strap through the buckle because the instructions don't tell you
at first i thought these were faulty as the straps pulled straight through under tension,the instructions don't show how to thread the strap through the buckle properly,once i'd figured that out i found them to be absolutely fine ,these are more substantial than i expected,i'm guessing the poorer reviews are from people who haven't threaded the strap through properly,they are pretty tough and hold my motorbike sturdy in my trailer..i'd say the only issue with these is the instructions should be clearer or come ready threadedVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Works well - poor reviews are from people who haven't assembled them properly
They work perfectly well when assembled correctly, if the loose end of the strap is fed through from under the cam buckle housing and then under the teeth of the buckle and exits in the same direction as the long end of the strap it will tighten the cam buckle to the strap when under load. If fed through the other direction it will loosen the buckle and slip. Unfortunately there are no instructions on the packaging.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

For a budget version, the webbing on these is of a good quality and appearance. The buckles work well and release smoothly.
