No mess, no fuss chain restorer
If you do not want to get your hands messy then this is a very neat and well designed small tool to enable a chain to be put back in place without having to actually touch the chain. They even provide a small loop to attach it to the bike. True, I have yet to use it to do the job, but it has every appearance of being just what is needed. Say goodbye to oily fingers!
A dropped chain is one of the most infuriating and messy calamities that can befall a cyclist. You could make do with your fingers, an Allen tool or tyre lever to get the chain back on, but Rehook is designed to make it much easier and simpler. The lever has a hook on the end to pull the chain into place, and the handle keeps your hand away from the oily chain. I was very impressed with the function of the Rehook. It holds the chain securely and you can pull the chain quite hard if it needs to be rescued from a wedged-in position. It may be that you think the Rehook is a gadget that didn't need inventing, but it has become an essential component in my saddle bag and toolbox.
