  • Pretty nice

I'm fairly new to owning guitars so I don't have much of a reference but as far as sound and playability, it's comfortable and easy and sounds pretty decent. Again, this is my first electric guitar so I don't know much about them but the knobs on the body don't seem to do anything. And the guitar goes out of tune fairly easily. Usually not while being played though. Overall, 4 stars

  • Needs some TLC, fretboard cleaning and oiling, plus dressing, polishing up the frets, new strings and she'll be good to be great guitar for keeping!

With TLC on the fretboard in cleaning, oiling, plus dressing, polishing up the frets, new strings and a setup, she'll be given to a youth whom can't afford buy a guitar but wants to learn and play guitar and stay in school!

  • Cort made Indonesian Stratocaster

The ones with the "Made in Indonesia" label with the serial that starts "IC" are remarkably good guitars. I have a blurple one with a rosewoodish fretboard. A little fine finishing on the nut, and it even stays in tune when I use the vibrato bar. I used to have a 1989 USA Fender Stratocaster, and thats what I compare it to when I say it is a really good guitar. Not as good as the USA Standard, but way too good for its price point.

  • 1992 Fender Stratocaster 'Squier Series' MIK

This guitar is 25 years old and I can tell it has been played a lot over the years. It definitely shows its age. After completely dismantling every inch of the guitar and cleaning, polishing, and setting it up per Fender specs, it sounds amazing. I love it. I now have 3 of these guitars. The other two are 1993 MIK. I also a one of the extremely rare 1994 Fender Telecaster 'Squier Series' MIM. All are awesome guitars.

  • Inexpensive Quality

These are Fender's best kept secret for quality entry level guitars. I've been playing guitar for nearly 40 years and I own many guitars. These are Alder (body) and Maple (neck) for durabilty and tried and true tone. The pickups sound surprisingly good and no noise in the electronics. Btw, these are great to mod. If you know what you're doing, you can take an used Squire Affinity, mod it, and turn it into a guitar that that plays and sounds as good as any thousand dollar guitar. Fun guitars...great price

  • Bought it as a wall hanger but it sounds too good.

Bought a Squier Affinity Stratocaster Electric Guitar signed by Richie Sambora as a wall hanger but it turned out to be too good to put up! Good pickup and the alder body sets right in for a great feel.

  • Better Than I Thought!

Bought it just to use the body, but it played so well I just changed the strings, did a setup & added a string thru bridge - It's now one of my fav 'go to' guitars -

  • Nice guitar

Nice Squier Guitar, but all hardware needs to be replace, toners, pickups, and all wiring have to be tightened up, but all this is expected on a used Guitar, all in all this is a great Guitar great Strat body, and the dark red paint is immaculate, thanks for a great Guitar for a good price.

  • Squier Strat

The guitar is age appropriate. Some wear on the frets. The pickups as well as the bridge have some rust/pitting but are functional. The set up was pretty out of whack, but with new strings and some adjustments it is very serviceable and plays like it should. This Squire, made in Korea, is a very affordable version of the Stratocaster and carries the Fender name. I will enjoy owning it.

  • Pleasantly surprised

I have been playing guitar for about 13 years and have tried, and own all sorts necks and bodies. There was something special about the FEEL of this one when it arrived. I'm almost ashamed to admit how much I like this Squier. Really slim neck the frets are smooth ( tops and edges) the pickups are surprisingly bright .I did a lemon oil treatment on the fret-board ( they tend to feel a bit dry from the factory) A fresh set of strings, a new pick-guard and a quick setup and this baby has become my go to axe!!!!
