The best clock for people with memory issues

Better than Robin
The Robin Clock just plays an alarm and a barely readable banner that just gets ignored. This clock is fabulous it shouts to my mum-take your medication over and over with a large picture of medication and written take your meds. She has now started drinking more as it shouts its time for a cup of tea. Over and over. You can make your own reminders or messages on a computer put them on a USB and plug it in so next we will have a video of her grandson shouting Grandma take your morning meds.
