A decent mouse, but first make sure it fits your needs
Overall it is a decent mouse that is well priced, but it has some design issues in my opinion. It has extra "non standard" buttons which is probably why you're looking into this mouse, but ultimately they are not placed that well. DPI up/down buttons are awkward to press, but take real estate away from the left click button. Basically when buttons are not well placed, they just hurt the overall design and feel of the mouse in your hand. Of the "non standard" buttons I only use the sniping button and the left/right scroll wheel buttons (for web browsing). Ultimately I only got 1 extra button out of the mouse for my gaming use.
pros
- looks cool
- good price for what you get
- more buttons than a regular mouse
- "sniping" button pretty handy and in a convenient position. it temporarily changes DPI while you hold it
custom mouse settings per game, but can be customised to anything else
- can scroll left/right by nudging the scroll wheel left/right
- seamless easy to use software. you can even setup alternate versions for each click e.g. you set it up to make "ctrl + click" do something different than "click" in a specific game you choose
- you can add/remove some weights, though I imagine most people won't use the weights
cons
- in hand feel not ideal for me (gigabyte GM-M6880 has the ideal feel for me). i am a male with a medium/large hand and i prefer a palm grip. this mouse makes me use more of a claw grip
- the extra "non standard" buttons are not placed ergonomically meaning you won't realistically use any of them except the sniping button, which feels natural to press
- not the best scroll wheel for up/down movements. it feels a bit clunky in how it moves
