quality mix at a fair price...attracts more the squirels
very high quality...lots of whole peanuts which are expensive.....now i have 3 squirels several woodpeckers and doves of many types..and tits....all in all...very pleased with the mix....attracts not just squirels...but lots of wildlife .....i would recommend this quality mix......and the price is very fair for what it is.....10/10...i have bought 2 sacks so it will take me thro the winter....but the squirels do not know that and are busy leaping and pronging all over the place burying nuts for winter....but am surprised how close they are comming to me..........Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Too much dust
Usually buy Maltbys mealworms but tried these as they are a little cheaper .False economy...so much dust the bird feeders get clogged up and a lot of uneaten dust left where I use them for ground feeding.Back to the meal worms once the 5kg sack has been used up.At the moment its so cold the birds are desperate for anything so not too fussy but even so these calciworms definately don’t get eaten as quickly as the meal worms.I wish Id read more of the reviews before buying ...Idmost likely have just paid the extrapounds for the more reliable mealworms....which seem to have gone up a lot in price recently.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good wild bird mix
Looks a good dust free mixed wild bird food. This is the second type I have purchased from Maltby's store and I prefer this as the other one has dried fruit in it and I have a dog so it was a concern that the dog may get to eat some.
