Good value and easy to use

Lost for words
This webcam gave me heaps of trouble that I had to buy another one. It started well but then it would not show on two computers and only showed on another. However, because it did show on one laptop I did not return it but still it should have operated on all three. I still have it but will not be using it. The one I have now works on all three with seemingly no bother as yet. It was easy to set up and it was easy to use. Webcams are like that. Great camera, not so great microphone
The camera is very good, in Zoom remember to select HD mode or picture and sound will stutter. I did a lot of research before buying this and it has the best video of the cheap chinese webcams. 30 frames per second and lots of detail. A bit overblown in daylight. It has an adjustable fixed focus lens. The microphone is quite poor. It's passable, you can hear the other person but sounds quiet and muffled. So best to use it with another microphone. I replaced the internal mic with one from a 2012 Macbook Pro (a tricky operation) and it's great. The stand is one of the best I've see: sturdy and has a tripod mount too. A warning for Mac users. I have bought two of these from different vendors: One worked fine on Mac but with the other the Mac could not find the audio. Probably a firmware thing but there is no way to check or update it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good value, good image quality. Sound quality is adequate but could be better. USB cable length 143 cm was only just long enough. Camera is 80mm x 34mm. Don't forget to remove the screen protector to get a good picture!

Easy to set up. Excellent wide-angle lens produces a good picture. The in-built microphone is very poor however - others on Zoom call all said it was faint and very muffled. Good but could be better (being picky)
Good product for the price. The hooking arm is not the best in my opinion but it does the job and the cable is long enough. The image is very zoomed in. Having it on teh top of my 15" laptop shows just little more than my face. Good for what I need but if you need wider angles might want to consider another product. Plugged it in, and it found Win10 drivers, and just worked. Excellent picture quality, though some barrel distortion. Auto focus seems to work well.
