Wipe out rust!
I have been using this product for decades and it is so useful to protect metal from the elements. No matter how good a paint coating there are always nooks and crannies that may hold water, Waxoyl coats all the surfaces and creeps into crevices and cracks keeping the water and air out. This stops rust. When it has dried the clear Waxoyl is almost invisible, it just gives a matt finish. In other areas the Black Waxoyl is more suitable and blends in with underseal and underbody type coatings. The spray cans are useful for smaller areas and touch-ups, if you want to do larger ares use the spray devices offered. The spray can come with an extended spray tube of about 100mm which allows insertion into holes in frames or more restricted areas. The normal nozzle is best for more easily accessible surfaces. Seems to be working
Bought this as a trial to a larger purchase. If you can, don't buy as spray cans but as neat and use a spray gun to get best value for money. The spray cans were the best value I could find but did tend to clog even though the weather was hot. This had the potential to waste product but by frequent shaking I used all of it. Doesn't go far in spray can mode but does seem to dispel rust to some degree and has blackened all that it has got to. Only been on a week or so but seems to be working. Only time will tell. Tips: heat the can (in hot water, no flames please) before use and try to keep it hot whilst using. If you can spray continuously until the can is used up (empty). If not return to thee hot water to keep warm. It WILL form splodges which WILL drop onto the ground or you. Consider covering where you are working and wear overalls. Stops cars rusting and saves a lot of welding in the future

Quick and easy to use
I was rather sceptical before use as I imagined the wax would spray awkwardly, but I was pleasantly surprised as it sprayed with a powerful jet and with a good spread, just smooth out with a brush if within reach. Waxoyl the best
waxoyl has kept rust at bay in my classic cars for years, I would not trust my 50 year old and my 81 year old with any other rustproofing. I have a large tin with a pump for large areas but find that these aerosols can reach further into those "hidden" spaces to top up the rustproofing. The best for rust protection
