Its a great device, has a few shortcomings but that's what happens with first gen stuff, But overall, I love it!
Great tool for note taking, doodling and having fun with your kids. The pen tips do wear out so it creates a should I do this mindset but overall it's a great tool. Syncs up to the Remarkable cloud so you are never without your notes and overall, it's a great tablet with minimal distrations like web and news. They have some work to do and iron out a few bugs, but all in all. I love not leaving a note behind and worrying that I forgot something. It's all on the notebook or synced up to the cloud.
