Chapstick is one of only a very few lip balms I find effective, but it's not always available in many stores. It's therefore a lot more convenient and reliable buying in bulk from Ebay. Chapstick is great for keeping the lips moist in all weather conditions. I've never experienced cracked or sore lips for very many years since using it.
