No music without it.
A true year-to-date review. Very affordable pre-amp for putting together a component system. I like the XLR outputs, as they are needed for pro-audio equipment. So far no problems. All functions are solid.Looking forward to more years of service out of her. This is one of the few "old school" pre-amps in the market, so get you one before it's gone !!

I'll be nice and say it's a paper weight.
It is not functioning properly. The best way to describe it is the volume control is "scratchy" and often cuts out, then you turn it up and "push" more power through it and it goes from almost nothing to blaring loud. In other words the wiring on the potentiometer has a break or breaks in it. and it's worthless to me. I will be looking into returning the item.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
