A good alternative
When you see it, it looks expensive for what it is - however, you can pay far more than this for exactly the same part - so, good value for money. The spring was very fiddly to fit but I managed to find a short tutorial video on You Tube which broke the process down into easy steps. There is no alternative to genuine.
It's the real thing, mine was replaced in the past with an alternative and it's just not the same. It's twenty odd quid for a bent hair clip but it's the right bent hair clip that works just as it should. Really happy my clasp works like when it was new 22 years ago. Cheap and quick to install
