Looks better than it is
This little bin is made of brushed stainless steel and is in 3 parts, including the swing-lid. The finish is rough with sharp edges in many places. The swing-lid has been trimmed unevenly so that one side is heavier than the other, as a result of which it does not hang centrally. I stuck a blob of blue tack under one side of the lid to correct this. The top section is a very tight fit over the base and difficult to pull apart. When the top and base were separated it became clear that the bottom was not perfectly round so putting the top back onto the base was even more difficult. When it use in our kitchen this unit does the job and looks OK. For a few pounds more you can get a better bin.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
