Fine for small jobs
This tool works well for small jobs and because it's battery operated there is no hassle with a power cord. The downside, if you're cutting metal the second the cutting blade jams, the tool turns off. You will have to turn it back on and adjust the speed again. The tool will get hot if you use it for an extended period. Not warm, but HOT. When I bought this tool I was hoping to use it for automotive use like cutting clamps that are rusted and difficult to reach. I don't believe this tool can do this job efficiently. Superior to the off brands.
I have tried other brands. These are far superior to the knockoffs. Battery life is good. Power is good. Not too noisy, and has multi speed. (5) Great Dremel for polishing guitar frets, etc.

Best one I've come across.
This is powerful and gets the job done. It was recommended to me by some friends and I don't regret the extra cost. It has already lasted longer than any other dremel I've tried. Nifty little tool to have. I especially like the fact that it is cordless with a Lithium-Ion battery. This toll comes in handy more often than you think. Very handy tool!
I love everything about this Dremel, except for the fact that no matter what speed you leave it at when you turn it off, when you turn it back on, it starts at level three.
