Very low volume on the speaker phone
I would give this phone 5 stars except that the speaker phone volume is so abysmally low. I do not think there is a way to make it louder. I have the volume at max setting and it still barely audible. I miss it since I use the speaker system almost exclusively. Otherwise it is a pretty good phone. Terrific Buy for a 5 Phone Cordless
Phone arrived in new condition in original box. It was easy to set up and what I have tried so far works well. I was slightly disappointed in the quality of the recorded voices on the answering system. Voices over the phone were much better. ? YEARS AGO, I bought the earlier model of this SAME phone, and it gave me YEARS of VERY GOOD service!!! WHEN the original gave up the ghost, I found this "IMPROVED MODEL" They LOOK and describe VITUALY IDENTICAL!!! Days after receiving them I ended up in the hospital for the last 3 and half weeks. My wife AND daughter tell me there is a LOUD NOISE, it is a long scratchy sound followed by short quiet pause then the long scratchy sound again. Then it repeats!! The price was right and what I wanted was there.
Easy to set up! Haven't figured out all of the particulars, but I bought it so I can block calls. Just haven't figured out how to do it yet, because I have not had time. Just hooking it up was the most important thing. And it was easy to hook up. It was worth the price just to be able to hook it up. But, it has other features that made me buy it, but I just haven't had time. But, the first important thing was that I could just hook all of the phones up. That was easy.
