Pure white grains
I binned the first batched but probably could have used it. The grains arrived next day after ordering and are pure white and smell lovely. The kefir I've made, may first ever attempt, has been just beautiful. I've been brewing with organic cows milk. My twice fermented batch today was the BEST, smooth and sweet. I bought 2 teaspoons worth and have brewed with 400ml milk. Produces enough for a smoothie for me, straight up drink for the hubby and around 50ml for the dog. Ancient Wisdom
I have had these for some months and have provided starters for various friends as well. I keep mine in the fridge because if I didn’t I would have lakes of kefir. Kefir has between 50-65 different microorganisms which are great for git health. You can cook with it or drink in plain or mixed with a bit of fruit juice.
