Fit for domestic purpose.
I'm sure that pro-tradesmen would need something more substantial than this, but for what I needed it for, it was fine. It makes short work of hardened cement, and is easy to handle. The accessories it comes with aren't great; the safety Googles came apart after a few minutes, and the case is a bit flimsy. The instructions aren't that easy to understand either (you'll need to oil it, but you put the oil into the filler cap that has a diagram that shows some oil with a red cross through it; usually a warning sign not to do something). It comes with spare brushes, but you don't need to put them in before use, as there's a set already in. Overall, for the price, it's good. Buying one is the same cost as about 4 days of hiring one, so you may as well. It was delivered quickly too.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

DIY Jackhammer / concrete breaker
This appears to be a well made product that is good for light DIY work. I used it to break out concrete when replacing fence posts. The tools are a bit short, which means that the motor is on the ground when digging out fence post holes. Great for the odd bit of DIY / breaking up a small area of patio etc. Not sure it is powerful enough for anything more than this, probably better to hire a much larger one if you have a large area to break up.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Wasn't expecting much for the price

Very good value for the money
Does what it says on the tin. One job completed digging concrete channel for mains pipe, seems very robust, time will tell but will only need to do 2 more jobs and it will have paid for itself in hire charges anyway, so whats not to like.
