I havent really been taking it long enough to guage results but it tastes great, contains the best anti-oxidant berries, and there's a sugar free version, so it has to be good for you.

i received this and used one bottle. to my horror I saw the product HAD EXPIRED for more than a YEAR. Can't believe this!!!!! I know this is a very good product, that's why I bought it, but I was drinking a liquid that was about 15 months past expiry,...eeeks.

I bought this product, but only realised it had already passed its best before date after delivery, by 14 weeks. It is mentioned in the listing, but you have to look VERY carefully to notice it. I would think that this product has past the period where it is 100% beneficial.
