Acceptable for hobby/light use
Good for light use however because of the wider width there is a lot of flex. The top jaw and folding bar are not really strong enough and bow during use. First one delivered didn’t go together correctly and a replacement had to be given. However it is still handy to have for panel use and light folding.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Solid piece of kit.
I'll be welding a slightly deeper bracer onto the hinged folding plate to stop the very mild mid plate bow, other than that its a seriously great piece of kit, highly recommend this product. With some heat in the metal, it will fold 1.5mm mild sheet, but its happiest at .9-1.2mm, and it folds extremely cleanly on the crease!! Shallow C channel is also doable aswell as forming Z bar for rebating etc, very useful amd great value, i may buy another to be honest.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Quite well made, and not the dearest one either. Works well on thinner metal.

Fantastic value for money.
I wanted to make a particular fold 30mm wide and 1050mm long on a piece of 1.2mm aluminium, my intention was to do it in two parts and join them but I realized if I reduced the fold to 25mm the machine will fold 1050mm in one piece, this machine is exceptionally cheap for what it is, very pleased with it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
