I have been using this product for years. As a volunteer I take apart wedding gowns and make into angel gowns to donate for infant burial. I am always amazed at how bright and clean this product takes out stains and makes it look brand new. I usually take apart the gowns at the seams and soak in this powder, rinse and lay on green grass in the sun. Smell of the fresh air and this powder smells good also. Brilliant!
I was asked to put my cotton Laura Ashley wedding dress ( 40 years old) in a local Arts festival exhibition. When I retrieved it from the top of the wardrobe it was discoloured and some of the lace was orange. I googled the problem and this powder was recommended by a number of people. Unfortunately it was out of stock on Amazon ( both the uk and us sites) but I found it on eBay. As I was going to the States in September I thought I might be able to buy while it was there but there were no stockists listed on the suppliers web site. So I bought it from eBay and it arrived within the promised timescale. It worked a miracle on the dress and it looked as good as new.
