Mostly great, but a better look at what works for the SP Como Turbo
It came in one box ready to go and easy to store. I do have a few suggestions for the MFG. folks. and their designers. Had done some research prior to purchasing Thule and saw a few features on other models in a cheaper price range that I wish were on this unit, and I my very well try to adapt to the Thule. They are: A small dolly wheels because it is a bit heavy for my wife to move around; Ratcheting wheel straps that both face the rear; And the ramp should really be made w steel and have a little better hook system, and there is no place on the rack to store it; It took me awhile to figure who to attach my "Specialized Como Turbo" and now I hope to get my wife's bike (same model) on there as well. But I did give it a 4 star rating because, it is a great product, and if I can get better Thule that has these additional feature I've mentioned, I will try to sell this one to those with lighter bikes...Just saying...Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great design...more to come!
I only have a few miles on this unit; but, will update after 2,000 miles. So far, well engineered and thought out. This unit has reflectors; but, I think it comes with trailer-hitch electrical connections and lights in other countries. That would be a nice option in the U.S., but the reflectors are a nice touch. This unit does sit a decent distance from the rear of the vehicle (hitch extension plus 2-bike width); and, a following driver's depth perception (especially at stop lights) is a minor concern on my part. I still attach a red cloth and reflector on the outside bike to help. This unit will be used for cross-country trips with a mountain and a ride bike. I have heavy canvas bags to shroud each bike, but do not have any experience with the level of grit I take on. The bottom is closed and provides some protection. So far, the hitch stabilizer seems to work very well.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Flimsy ramp

Great rack for electric bikes
This rack is super strong. It holds our 2 Pedego electric bikes easily. The bikes each weigh over 50 pounds. The rack holds the bikes tight. No rattle noise from the hitch either. Its expensive, but so were our bikes. Highly recommended.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
