Easy to use & Collagen is good for Under Eye!
I have had puffiness in under eye area for the first time in my life! No dark circles, just puffiness. I have bad allergies, but have had allergies for years-no puffiness. I think collagen might help under-eye skin. Hope so! Good buy.
