  • Love Technivom!

This is my third Moccamaster. The first one I bought over 10 years ago is still going strong. We wanted a new color, so we gave the old to one of our kids and it still makes great coffee in 6 minutes.

  • Great coffee, some tricks to learn

This is the Cadillac of drip coffee makers, Nope, actually it's the Mercedes Bens of drip makers. Handmade with a copper boiler. It's awesome. Just follow the provided instructions using your favorite freshly ground beans and you will love the results. One suggestion is to consider buying a reusable gold filter, preferable one with taller sides. Another tip is to keep an eye on the level of grinds/water during the drip process. Once in a while the basket valve seems to get a little clogged and grinds will overflow and end up in the carafe. I've found that opening and closing the basket valve a couple times readily releases the water preventing any grind overflow. One other hint: invest in a good grinder! Do not cheese out on the grinder.
