The must have security feature of the decade.
Doorbell is a bit larger than expected but is still a good compact size. If you have not used the Zmodo app and installed wireless devices with it previously it can be a bit confusing but there are lots of video instructions on youtube that can step you through it. Video quality is great. I really like the pan option but it is only a horizontal pan. Wish it would do vertical as well. Once the doorbell is pressed, I get a notice on my phone in around 5 to 8 seconds. Once you open your phone and the app, the time elapsed is easily 20 to 30 seconds. I'm very pleased with the Greet doorbell and it is a nice addition to my Zmodo family of wireless cameras.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

mixed feeling
I have mixed feelings about this doorbell. I guess that is because it works sporadically. Sometimes you will get an alert sometimes you don't. You can stand right if front of it sometimes and no alert. It's a mystery as to why. One thing that is consistent is the connection. I have had this for 2 weeks and have never lost connection with the device where I had to reset or reconnect anything. The picture is good in the day and night and I can see what is happening at my front door anytime I like. It keeps a log of all the times it senses motion but I am not sure if this is an ongoing thing or just a trial period. This thing is hardwired so you will need some wiring skills in order to install it. If I needed to be alerted every time someone came to my door, I would return this. However, it's presence is sort of a deterrent in my opinion. It looks like it's watching you even if it is not.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good video and night vision
Simple to hook up. Automatic detection of devices and set-up is slow, making you think it is not working, but it is and works as described. Hookup was easy, difficult for me since I did not have an ideal flat-spot large enough for the doorbell. I had to move and extend the existing doorbell wires. After that, the installation was simple. Positive: Nice clear high-res video, great night vision. Easy hookup. Negative: Lots of false-alerts on motion detection, some motion did not trigger an alert. Sometimes on an actual alert, the captured video misses the person close-up. As a two-way video doorbell, there is a delay, but works perfectly.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Easy to install and setup. I have two of them. First one was a learning curve, but second one only took 20 minutes. Does not work with electronic chime, but easy to bypass the chime. Works great, sometimes a delay when talking to someone. Used it to talk to visitor 3,000 miles away. A little awkward in time delay, but it works! Short video clip when motion detected a nice feature. Wish I could set field of view for motion as sometimes pick up a passing car. I assume the app will get better over time, at least I hope motion detection settings get added. If I needed another one, I would buy the zmodo again. Zmodo Greet door bell
The greet works well as advertised. I couldn’t program the thing and had to have a local audio and video stores tech come and set it up. Thanks ok I’m very illiterate with all this computer stuff. The tech had it up and running in 15 minuets. It wasn’t a big deal for someone who understands this stuff. I’m happy.

Zmoda doorbell camera
Camera is easy to install and set up. Picture quality is good. Problem is after installing camera and updating MeShare app to latest version , picture is now upside down. The products design and look is flawless. The problem is with its function and it's a problem Zmodo are fully aware of. IT DOES NOT WORK WITH A MAJORITY OF HOME CHIMES. They even provide a battery powered resistor (which doesn't last long). If you want a bell that only rings on your phone then this is fine. Great value!
This door bell is easy to install to replace existing (ding - dong) doorbells. Those who have an electronic setup will require an extra item. The video is clear and sound is audible in recordings. The camera can be adjusted for positioning for better recording angles as necessary. The app is easy to use and works as it should. You can talk to someone at your door and they can hear you. You don't need to purchase a subscription(like the Ring doorbell) to see recordings that are less than 36 hours old. Any recording older than that will require a fee. But it is reasonable. The camera is motion sensitive so you get recordings of all that just come to your door, not just those who ring the doorbell. When they do ring the door bell, with the app you use to configure the doorbell , you get a call on your cellphone. The only down side I can see is that there is no corner mount for the device to further control video angles. All in all it is a GREAT value for the price. Make sure you buy it from a reputable dealer because I bought one from an "outlet" store and it was DOA, but I gave it a second chance buying from cctvhotdeals and I am glad I did!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
