Philips Remote control
The original remote was acting up so I found this one on ebay which is just like the one that came with the TV all I had to do to program it was install a set of new batteries and push the power button, this one seems to have a more positive connection when I push the different buttons, with the original some times I had to push the buttons several times to get it to respond. With a smart TV you have to have a remote that works, without one TV wont work as there are no buttons to turn on and off or change channels or programs. at least on the one I have anyway I would suggest that if you own a smart TV you order out a new remote as a back up just in case yours goes out which seems to happen when you have a special program to watch.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
