not worth the money
I purchased these based on reviews I read on several different websites, since nowhere locally was I able to audition the headphones, which was unfortunate. I'm not a fan of base-heavy Beats type headphones. I was looking for something that just produces accurate sound reproduction. Contrary to reviews, these don't fit the sound quality I was looking for. Personally I would say these are about a $75 pair of headphones. I have a pair of Pioneer headphones that I bought my daughter. The HD 25's are very similar in sound quality to the Pioneers, of which I paid $20 for. (I think the original price was $80). I would have just used the Pioneers, but they are white and pink and I don't feel like enduring the razzing I would receive from my co-workers.
