Awesome Little Fella!
This little fella is a great entertainer, almost like having a pet. My 4 year old kid fell in love with this little one within minutes. Expression on her face when cozmo calls her name is priceless. Had some trouble connecting it through my iPhone but was able to setup connectivity through iPad without much trouble. Cozmo bores easily
I like the product and it's interesting the way it can scan your face and recognize you but the range of what it can do is limited and after a few weeks of playing the same games over and over it gets boring. It's not developing any further and that has limited our interest in Cozmo. I would like to see more games introduced and more ways we can interface with it. On a funny note, it even scanned my dogs face and recognizes her. I would recommend it but there are other robots on the market that are much more versatile and more controllable for increased fun. Granted the Omega 1 is a little over twice the cost but you can do so much more with it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This little guy really is amazing and my six year old has been in heaven he wakes up every morning jumps out of bed looking for Cozmo a lot of fun for the whole family and very durable worth the money for sure. Cozmo is fun, and entertaining.
I wish it had more games and didn't require you to get pieces or sparks to use features. Also, I would like to be able to play with the robot without having to use my tablet or device on a network connected. It should be able to interact and play as a stand alone unit, with limitations. Currently, if you don't connect on a network, there's no movement or anything from cozmo, it's like he's sleeping? And an On and Off button might be a good idea? Surprisingly cool
This little robot is pretty amazing for the price and size. It is a autonomous toy that can make its own decisions in a way and have its own personality, it learns the people it sees regularly and the world it lives in and have its own moods (like your toaster being able to act cranky lol) A little more advanced than I thought and my kid adores it and it reminds me of wall-e It is smaller than I thought and seems (like any electronic with moving parts) like it could break if dropped or misused easier than some toys but that comes with an item like this. It comes with everything you need to play with it except the phone/iPad or whatever device you are going to link it too and you willl need to link your phone to the robot's wifi signal and have an internet wifi connection to download the app to link and play with him but once the app is downloaded I don't believe you need continual internet connection to play. The app lets you put him in different modes, play games with him, let you see what he sees and control him or put him in auto mode. Fun but, repeticious.
My unit failed after just a week of play so, it was sent back. Customer service is very friendly and dedicated. Cosmo NEEDS a controlling device such as a supported smart phone or iPad for a brain before he can do ANYTHING. Anki sends non-optional updates to this device to keep Cosmos' antics fresh and entertaining. Cozmo insists on playing games with you and some of them are fun. If you have ever wondered what it would be like to live with a demanding and deaf robot companion, Cozmo is a good introduction. Has its own personality. Will recognize individuals has it's built in camera scan, then call you by Name! If he's happy, entertains by singing a song! Has cute game plays, sometimes cozmo is near unbeatable! Has his moods, will toss blocks at times if he loses! Leave cozmo alone a and he entertains himself placing a block on top of another, and moving g them around! Yet to go thru some of the unlocks, so much more fun am sure are instore.
