Not like I remembered from when I was a kid.
Had one of these when I was 10, loved it then. Got one again but forgot one thing, my arm is a lot bigger now. The wrist support is kind of small for a man, but with a little aftermarket adjustments I made it work. Slingshot
The range is exagerated. Accuracy is 75 m. It can shoot a steel ball very far, but any sling-shot can do that. Anybody with a bad wrist has a problem using it correctly. I prefer the ones that don't have the wrist- handle. I'm going to strenghthen the rubber bands and improve the power. Another item I did not like was the size of the pouch, Only ball bearings fit comfortably. We like to shoot marbles, and they barely fit in the pouch. Trumark WS-1 is junk
I was an avid slingshot marksman in my earlier years when you could buy a quality off the shelf quality slingshot in your sporting goods store. Times have changed. This slingshot is of very poor quality. The metal frame seems very lightweight but not sturdy. The frame moves within the cheap plastic tube handle. I would not buy this product again and plan to give it away to a child who might be able to use it for play. I would not place any value on this slingshot, there is no chance that I would have bought it if I had seen it before I purchased it. The band that comes with it is weak. You might be able to hit something at 20 meters although it would likely be by luck. 10 meters might be a better recommended operating range for this slingshot. 200 yards?
Good accurate within 35 to 40 yards.. shoots very accurate..anything after that sling shot seemed to stray off to the left or right .200 yards range in my opinion no ..if the wind was just right with the perfect shot maybe highly doubt it.in my opinion..overall product is a good slingshotVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Light, sturdy and powerful.
Upon receiving this slingshot I was met with nostalgia. I had one of these as a kid, and although it can be titled as a "kids" toy, it definitely wasn't haha! It's a fantastic bit of construction for the price. The bands are great and have some good power and grip to them. The ammo sling is fairly well made and there's plenty of padded support for the forearm (one thing my childhood slingshot lacked, which left a lot of bruises after too much use) The grip is nice and holds well. Feels like it will last quite awhile, much like the previous one did. Despite if these are or are not titled as kids toys, they should be met with the same respect as a firearm and never pointed near or at humans or animals (unless you're using it to hunt small game)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Reminiscent
The wrist rocket sling shot that I just purchased, number one is made in the USA! and number two is its exactly the same look feel and function as the one I owned as a boy in the mid 70's . The nostalgic value alone to me is hard to explain, so refreshing to see this product hasn't changed and isn't jobbed out to China as everything seems to be . Just like I had as a kid!
Some companies cut on quality as the product remains on the market in order to keep profits high. Not in the case of the Wrist Rocket Slingshot. I still have one from the early 70's and this is the EXACT same quality compared to that one. The bands, the construction, the grip. All the same high quality and workmanship.
