It arrives in a roll and you need a work out to get it into some sort of shape. Bit empty. I’ve had a V pillow in memory a few months ago and it’s the best I’ve ever had. But these pillow are not great to sleep on. Would not recommend this pillow.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Really uncomfortable
Looks great in packaging and bamboo cover is fine. Underneath though you have cheap foam filled with bits of what claim to be memory foam.
