Good quality, poor ratio
Purchased 20 Blue Velvets. They arrived on time and a little cold. 1 l9oks like he may not make it but not bad still fr sub zero shipping. I what frustrates me is the male to female ratio. Out of 20 I can determine that 2 are definatly female. The majority look to be males. Only reason why they didn't get 5 starsVerified purchase: Yes

"So so"
I've been in the shrimp hobby for a few years now and wanted a new bloodline for my velvet blues. Buyer shipped quickly and was professional to be fair but I don't feel like I received a hearty strain. It's totally normal for a shrimp or two to die but after I had my quarantine tank ready with the correct parameters by the end of day 3 I had only 3 left. :( I'm not saying it's the breeders fault by any means because these are live things we buy but just sharing my review experience!Verified purchase: Yes
