A must have for any make up bag, gives flawless finish to any concealer/foundation my one criticism would be you need one for foundation and one for concealer especially if contouring! Using a damp sponge makes it so much easier for application as opposed to a brush and you use less product so it’s a win-win! I'm pleased with the overall quality of this product. I've never had an original beauty blender, therefore can't compare the two, however, know that a lot of people indicate how soft and easy to work with the former is. I have never used a sponge applicator before and found this sponge give excellent coverage. The pointed end is great for under eyes and blending concealer in smaller spaces. I spray the sponge lightly with water first to avoid it absorbing lots of product and this works. I clean it straight away before it gets a chance to dry.
