Singer Sewing Machine Foot Pedal Motor Controller 625299-004 4 Prong
This motor controller can be used on the floor operated by foot. It can also be operated by pressing the thigh against a bar, but in that case the machine would have to have a specific place in the housing of the cabinet. I would recommend always unplugging it after each use. Reason being that after 50 years of leaving it plugged in, it burned out. Luckily a smell alerted us about a situation that might have caused harm. I bought this item because it is a duplicate of the one I had and could be used set in the cabinet using the thigh-bar.Verified purchase: Yes
