Brand new never used. You get stock number 49270 which is a quarter inch drive thumb wheel Ratchet. This is brand new old stock. Additionally, you will get a forging of the same exact model. The forging does not have the guts. The forging is also new but has been in storage for quite some time. A repair kitwill make it brand new. You can trade it into SK for $60 credit, or potentially a free repair kit.
