Brand new never used. You get stock number 45172 which is a SK thumb wheel Ratchet for 38 inch drive. That was made in the USA. Additionally, you will get the forging for SK stock number 49270. Either a repair kit will complete this, or you can probably trade it into SK for about $60 credit. SK will also send you a repair kit for it. You are only getting the forging. There are no guts included in the second thumb wheel Ratchet. The first one is stuck number 45172 which does have the guts that are brand new.
