No good for weights
Doesn't give consistently accurate heart rate readings for heavy weight workouts. You think you're ok, giggle the watch and press it hard into your skin and the reading shoots up to what it really is. Works ok for aerobic exercise, but that's not what I bought it for, I've tried tightening the strap, different positions on the arm, and wearing it on the other arm, nothing improves it. It's still usable in that after the set, you mess about finding your actual heart rate, then adjust the reps or weight accordingly to keep your max heart rate down, but wouldn't it be great if the watch just worked properly?
