Amateur gets results.
Received this d a polisher after watching plenty of demonstration videos on you tube. I had never used a machine to polish before but wanted to have a go at getting the swirls out of the paint work on my four year old vw van. After clay barring the van I set to with the machine. Using the machine on low speed to cut the paint and gradually increasing the speed with polish and then wax, it was soon looking like a mirror. I never had it up to full speed as it didn't seem necessary and as such had power to spare. The machine itself was effortless to use and felt really solid and capable in the hand and the weight if anything helped to get the finished results. From the first wash, claying and polishing, the whole van( minibus) was done end to end in around six hours. Hours saved and excellent results over hand polishing. It wasn't just cleaned, it was detailed. I'm sure there are lighter machines available but not at anything like this price and let's face it, for the amount of use I will give it as a hobbyist, I would highly recommend it.
