No more Acid Reflux.
I have been suffering from Acid Reflux for many years, having tried lots of Medication, none of it seems to work for me, i took to sleeping on Four Pillow's which helped, but gave me Neck Ache, I remembered when i was younger{now in my 80's} my Parents used to have a frame made from Wicker, the same material used in basket making, this could be set at an angle to sit up in bed. I had a look on E/Bay. and found this Sponge Back Rest {rubbish} i had another look and came across this DRIVE lightweight backrest support. i have been using it for Two weeks now, with a large SQUARE pillow, and the result is wonderful, since i have been sleeping Sat Up on my Back Rest, i am pleased to report , no more Acid Reflux. Not convinced you can sleep with it easily
I bought these for sleeping to prevent reflux. For the week prior I used one of those big cushion wedges you can buy and put it under the mattress. That worked quite well but I thought this would be an improvement. It seems quite comfortable at first but it doesn't actually give you a good sleep on your back (even with pillows). It really is uncomfortable after a long night in bed. Maybe it is better lying on your side with it so will start doing that.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good nights sleep at last!!
I brought this because I find it impossible too sleep with normal pillows because of my health probs- and boy am I glad I have it because I know when I go too bed I will actually get some sleep🙂. This is ideal if you only want a portable back support. Ideal for people who are semi ambulant, in need of back support for reasons such as, resting, reading or watching TV. There is a number of times this back rest could be useful. It isn't too heavy, or too bulky to be taken on holiday or overnight stays. It can also aid in support of Reflux, or breathing issues, such as Asthma or Congestion. The price fluctuates, so always shop around. This was £14.99, I seen them a good deal more expensive. Made from a fine webbing, and a light, yet strong metal frame, it is suprisingly comfortable. There is no pre set up. It arrives ready to use. Though, I would suggest you have a bed with a back on it, this way you stay safe while using it. It sets up very similar to a deck chair. Using a slot system. So aged or very young fingers need to take care. All in all, Excellent for the price it does exactly as it states on the advertising. I highly recommend it, as I use mine on a daily basis.
