These high-grade Staedtler Noris Pencils are in a 2H hardness, ideal for classroom and office use as well as well as being suitable for professional artists, carpenters, and drafters. They have a super-bonded graphite core that is break-resistant and easy to keep sharpened with a quality sharpener or blade. Pencil marks are easy to erase. The pencils come in quantities of 50.

    Bought these for marking stuff at work (construction) and they hardly need sharpening on wood or plasterboard and things like that, usually snap lead before you need to get knife on em!

    Red ones are far better if you can find them.

    I use them for work in the building trade,the yellow ones are difficult to sharpen with a Stanley knife, the wood seems soft and not easy to cut ,I'll have to find my school pencil sharpener!! Imagine using that on site. Buy the red ones, far better.
