Great movie with great characters in

Great movie, really interesting about how the Native Americans were treated by the white man. It was thier land in the first place and yet the white man came and took it off them. Very sad movie and the characters were portrayed in the movie very well. This has led me onto reading the book now.

Bury My Heart At Wounded Knee

In parts very good cinematography, and acting, but review saying sequel to Dances With Wolves which is why I bought it,for me not justified. But any films that highlight the Indigenous People's of any Country or Continent have to be applauded, and may appreciate more on second or third viewing, now not expecting it to be Dances With Wolves standard

  • Good history.

A very moving account of the Sioux Indian in the late 19th century. Particularly graphic and one couldn't help feeling a sense of horror in the way the American army treated the more worrying justified their action. Having read the book this film really added to the information provided.
