Best machine
This is the best machine ever! No problem w/ learning how to use it and being able to switch from embroidery to sewing so fast is a real time saver. It's almost impossible to mess up with all the bells and whistles that tell you what you need to do. Love the larger embroidery area and the ease of setting it up or changing thread. I've found my dream machine and got such a great deal on it. It's used but works like a brand new machine. Had a little problem with the Customizer 10000 loading but got that taken care of fairly quickly.
