...As described at first...later...
Hey! I submitted a very positive review shortly after receiving item. "Bubble wrap and responsive to questions." So seemed odd that did not see my usual positive feed back when checked. Now a month later I just placed order for a different fax/copier after this one was unable to fax and stopped being able to print from USB hook up.
