Sucks like nothing else
Bought a so called refurbished model which was obviously not refurbished. However it cleaned the old dirty carpets like a demon. The filter clogs after doing just one carpet but resumes doing its job well after clearing it out. It runs quietly enough, it is a bit cheap and nasty looking for a Hoover product, but it's designed to be light so that's a compromise. Good vacuum for the price, lightweight, but needs wiper blades removing.

Brilliant Cleaner
I bought this for my son but I've kept it because it is that good. So easy to use and empty. Just one thing there is like a strip at the bottom of the cleaner and at first it made it hard to push but I removed that and it works like a dreamer.
