This item is Complete but has two parts subbed but it is obscured so is not very noticeable- shown in photo. (The 2 parts missing are round 4-stud tiles. We've replaced with square 4-stud tiles and put them in one of the towers where they don't really show although you could put them under the gold trims of the towers for little show or just make all four towers one disc lower and you'll be fine.).
