Quite heavy with all extension pieces in place, however a capable product
This unit I used to trim the trees in the driveway. Cutting up to 80mm branches at full height using a 4ah battery. Then cutting the branches down to 600mm lengths over a period of about one hour. The unit with all extensions in place is quite heavy, and the pole bends slightly with the weight of the cutting saw. The 4ah 18v battery was more than adequate for the works.

The extension pole fitting mechanism is a little flimsy and flexes a lot. The mechanism for adjusting the angle of the blades relative to the pole has a lot of play in it and feels cheap. Battery life was good. Did the job, but the expected a more solid feel from DeWalt.
