It is six months after the shock which rocked Nina's (Asher Keddie) life, and her and Billie (Kat Stewart) are living together raising Nina and Patricks (Matthew Le Nevez) daughter. Determined to jump back into life, Nina returns to work at the hospital, but re-entering the world of obstetrics isnt easy when shes confronted by memories of the past. Wanting to make up for the mistakes of her past, Billie stays on the straight and narrow, focusing on her new business venture with Ange. But Billie is soon presented with a surprise temptation. Jimmy (Richard Davies) and Zara (Jane Harber) are juggling parenthood and an expanding taco empire. Zara is six months pregnant and Jimmy is about to acquire another baby of his own, a third pop-up taqueria. Shaped by the shock event of last year, Jimmys new attitude to life will see him take on responsibilities that will surprise everyone in the Proudman family, especially Zara.
