Martin Clunes is a scream

A disappointment
After loving nativity 1&2 we looked forward to the 3rd film. The story line is terrible. Martin Clunes who is usually excellent, had such a poor character. Who with memory loss has ever forgotten who God of Santa is. Or what a reindeer if steam train is ?? Dude, why did I watch this?
After watching the first two Nativity films our lad asked us to get the third one. Not a patch on the first two. Too much singing, that was a little out of place and got tediously boring by the end. Even our boy was asking 'how much longer?' Mr Poppy was as mad and as engaging as always (the saving grace), and Gordon Shakespeare made a few appearances, but more could have been made of him. Movie follows in the wake of the successes of Nativity 1 and 2, but this time the story line is more muddled than ever. The songs are good, the gags not as good as the first 1 and 2. Some characters have been kept on even though they do not add anything more to the story. On the whole not too bad but they should have gotten their story better and then focused on the songs and dance numbers.
