A brilliant product at a great price 10/10
A very good product that was very easy to set up and so impressive with the great poof channels that could be added. Originally this was recommended by a friend but I didn’t look into it but just went by the little I knew about this product causing me to bypass it. But because I wanted some of the freeview channels as well as the options for films and such ( some are free) this proved to be a very good product. Load of rubbish, don't waste your money
You can only watch one item per day, when you try to watch a second item all you get is buffering even when you empty cache it still will not play a second item. I read reviews about other products offering similar streaming but stuck with Amazon Firestick as we'd always had one. Our previous one was old and wasn't coping with new software updates. This new one is a breeze to use. I downloaded apps in seconds and set up was easy. Everything is so much quicker to load and picture quality seems much better than anything through our set top box. A great buy Firestick (gen 3)
This is the second Firestick (£31.45 with discount offered by RedRock UK) that I have purchased. It is as good as my £69.99 model I use in the lounge. This one is for the kitchen set (always cover the remote in cling film to avoid spills on it. I have noticed in other reviews people whinging about the American power supply. This not a problem as it is rated at 5 amps and 100 / 240 volts safe to use in any mains socket. Buy a US/Canada to UK travel adapter. EBay £2.49 (over a week delivery)Tesco £4.65 The Range £3.45. All these outlets selling the same adapter. So much easier than streaming from a smart phone.

Quick set up
This fire stick is really quick, easy & simple to install, plug in to the USB port usually at the back of the TV & follow the on screen instructions, it does come with its own independent power plug if you don't have a USB port. Comes with it's own remote control. Some of the channels need you to set up a subscription, which involves payment details. My husband is a technophobe...shies away from things that baffle him. But he can locate what he wants to watch by using Alexa. This is a very good product.
